    This package is perfect for the summer holidays to help you accountable and offer flexibility for your workouts.

    You will have 5x30 minute workouts to complete each week - you do not need to complete all of them, they are there to use when you can fit them in.

    All you need is a pair of weights and a chair, or a bench if you are completing this at the gym.
