Cheltenham Retreat

A weekend all about you, working on your mental and physical health, guaranteed to walk away feeling more motivated, refreshed and with a group of new friends too!
The retreat will take place at Middle Stanley in Cheltenham. On the grounds there are 3 cottages, a Shepards hut & a wild swimming lake. We welcome all females, solo or with your friends, everyone is welcome.
Below will be all accommodation, sorted into each cottage, which you can choose from to stay in for the entire weekend. You can choose to pay for the entire room, to have it all to yourself, or you and your bestie can split the cost of the room 50% each. £100 deposit will be taken from each individual to secure your place, you then will have until 1st March to pay your remaining balance.
Price of rooms, include everything, there are no hidden costs, all exercise classes, food, workshops and activities will all be covered through your room price!
Elmbury Cottage
Elmbury Cottage, is a 4 Bedroom cottage, offering a stunning open plan kitchen to living room, as well as outside seating area. Twin and Double room have one shared bathroom in between their rooms, whilst the other twin and double both have en-suites in their rooms.

Mulberry Cottage is the main cottage at the retreat, where we will be having meals together at the main table which seats up to 20 ladies. In this cottage, the Boss (SJR Fitness) will be resting her head each evening too! The Twin room will be sharing a bathroom on the landing with me, then the double room has its own en-suite. This cottage offers stunning views, an open plan kitchen, dining room and living space to chill in your free time.
SHEPARDS HUT
SHEPARDS HUT
The Shepards Hut is placed a 30 second walk from all three cottages, with a gorgeous view of the main lake in front of you.
Inside the hut you have a bathroom with standing shower, a small kitchen with all the essentials you need, as well as a double bed. Outside you have two seating areas to take in the views.

Reminders:
Once you choose your accommodation, you can either choose to have your room solo & pay the full amount yourself, or you can choose to share with someone and pay 50% of the room each. For example, if the room is £500 for the weekend, you and your friend would pay £250 each for the entire weekend, no hidden costs.
Twin rooms are the cheapest, you can still choose to have this to yourself and pay the full amount, or you can choose as a solo person to go in with a friend and split the cost. If you are coming solo but want to choose a twin room, I can place you with someone else who is coming solo to the retreat and you can share.
Once you’ve chosen your accommodation, a £100 deposit must be made (per person) and then you have until 1st March to make the remaining full amount payments, at any time that suits you.
